Again, better tools for passrushing in a 34.

Damn.....I feel bad for Upshaw. Hopefully he fricks up some of these teams QBs.
hopefully Cam Newton, Matt Ryan, and whatever they have at Tampa.

I'm wondering who the Vikings wanted that bad.

Do the Vikings get Janoris Jenkins? Do they get Hill or Randle? I don't see Upshaw going here, or Glenn.

Hill probably.

Doesn't play "well in coverage"?
Yea, have you not listened to any draft gurus? Do you ever wonder why he rushed more than anything at Alabama? He isn't good in coverage. shite, how dare someone say something negative about an Alabama player on crimsonsaint's watch.

Who the frick is he supposed to cover?
Seriously? You do know linebackers play some coverage, right? Like I said, draft gurus have been breaking this down for a while.

No wonder you don't have a clue what the Broncos are up to.
I don't think anyone does, other than the people in the front office, Mr. McShay.

Will be suprising if Upshaw doesn't go in the first round.

The Ravens may take UpShaw...
They were trading the pick as soon as Hightower went to the Patriots. Eric DeCosta, the Ravens Director of Player Personnel basically said in an interview with a local radio station that the Ravens really wanted Hightower at 29 but thought that he would be gone by the time they pick. He seemed bullish on all of the other players they discussed but was really singing the praises of Hightower.

Harrison Smith would've been there in the 2nd, but not a bad pick.
Posted on 4/26/12 at 9:47 pm to TTsTowel
Smith is a local kid who went H.A.M while he played at Knox Catholic.
Wish him the best.
Wish him the best.

2nd best Safety in a weak safety draft. Can't say that one was bad. I think trading up to do it was hardly necessary though.
Posted on 4/26/12 at 9:48 pm to Jerry the Clown
Did Tennessee recruit him very hard?
Posted on 4/26/12 at 9:48 pm to TTsTowel
Upshaw has a tweener issue. Lacks the speed of an OLB and the frame of a DE. He's a good player but I think teams don't know where to put him.
Posted on 4/26/12 at 9:48 pm to llfshoals
I'm not sort of thinking that if Lester came out that could've been him, and Bama would have 6 first rounders if Upshaw does indeed go.

crimsonsaint is pissed at you now, brah.
And the Broncos, once again, trade away their pick... WOW.

Tampa, I wonder who they want?
