Because that sort of thing is frequently done to Blacks & Browns here in America to try and trump up drug arrests and other petty arrests to help finance law enforcement initiatives that the taxpayers don't like paying for

I'm pretty sure there is no Unit in the FBI called Ethnic Analysis Unit or the Racial Analysis Unit

You do know they apply those Behavioral Sciences to traffic stops? Do you know who gets pulled over by the drug interdiction teams? The guy that's doing the speed limit or 5 miles per hour under. They watch for that type of thing.
Perhaps you could pull your lips off the asses of black and brown people long enough to do a little research? I know that's difficult for a white guilt puke, but give it a whirl.

I believe them but to be fair..I'm a white dude and I've:
1.Been falsely accused of stealing from the Stop N Go at 14 years of age.
2.Been falsely accused of destruction of property and theft at 20.
3. Been stopped under suspicion of DWI and given all kinds of sobriety tests before being released (not drunk) at 22.

A car going 5 over could've gone down a small hill and picked up speed
A car going just under the limit could reflect the driver's familiarity with that road or part of the Country
With limits up to 70 or 75 in places many drivers drive just under the posted speed limit as conscious choice to feel safe

Most cars have cruise control so it would be real easy for folks moving drugs to simply lock in at +or- 1 MPH of the speed limit and never be stopped

I've driven that EXACT section of highway many, many times. As stated, the speed limit there is 75 mph and in many parts of Wyoming (where the Lattimore's had just driven thru, it's 80 mph. I've driven 80 mph on that section of road towing a 8,000 lbs travel trailer (and gotten passed). The big rigs go faster than that...
A vehicle going 80 mph is going 6.67% over the speed limit. With that level of error, it could also be "faulty equipment" with an inaccurate speedometer.
