That probably explains his decisions more than anything. But I want to see if he learned from his dumb throws and matures before I throw around even potential All-Conference

... and there's nothing wrong with that. It's JMO that Bray has more to work with and more upside than Murray.

Bray started 5 games and had 14 TD's and 7 Int's.
Murray started all 13 games and had 24 TD's and 8 Int's. In 4 games w/o Green he threw 4 TD's and had 2 Int's.

These 2 guys are neck and neck IMO and both can be great. I just like Bray a bit more.

I guess there shouldn't even be CFB games next year and we should hand the trophy to Luck. It's football, you never know what will happen, Luck could get injured.

you know what, i will put my blatant homerism aside and see what you're saying. although i think murray is better than bray and bray is a little twat i do i have worries bout murray.

without aj he was fine. it was not his fault. our dumbshit coaches withheld half the damn play book at that point so he was limited. our line and running backs were abysmal.

but what i did notice is he has accuracy issues sometimes. a lot of the deep balls he threw early on could have all easily been touchdowns but he under threw them or they were off target. then there is all of ajs great catches. the reason they were so stellar was because murray was vastly off target in a majority. also, people underate kris durham. hard nosed, smart, great hands. he too had circus catches because murray was off. we lose both of those guys and tavarres king is talented as is orson charles but murray cannot throw the way he did last year and expect to succeed.

i think he is very good. i think he can be great. our problem is awful coaches. people can pat bobo on the back for the qbs he has developed but i won't. IMHO our qbs flourish despite the coaches. if murray can work on his accuracy and just continue to develop i think he will be great. but watching his high lights scare me sometimes.

even with all of that i still think he is better than itty bitty bray

i mean its a very cynical look at murray but i mean what program should deserve a cold evaluation than georgia?

not every dawg thinks murray will be christ incarnate. some thought murray was worse than mett. i was not one of these people. others thought murray would start 2011 and by 2012 and beyond mett would beat him. i was one of these cats. there are even some waiting to see about lemay.

it will be interesting to see how he picks up from where he left off.

I like LeMay. I think Murray hangs on, but I was extremely unimpressed with some of his decisions and throws against UF. Missing wide open receivers and making bad decisions. I don't know, I like Murray, and think he can be great, but I want to see it for another year.

theres the problem. i like your analysis but a bulk of your opinion comes from the UF game. that game is an outlier. i really do not get it. nor do the fans. in jacksonville we watched what was our brightest light and most consistent player just crumble. he played horrendous that first half. missed receivers by miles, threw silly interceptions. in the georgia section people were in disbelief. oddly enough that rFr qb was the most solid player on our team and we were watchign him unravel. he then showed a lot of moxy and brought us back only to make a horrendous mistake ( i actually blame a lot of that OT on play calling, go figure).

he admitted after the game that the UF game was different for him. he was way more nervous and anxious. thats UGA in a nutshell though. we play florida and we tense up. we play not to lose or not to get destroyed. murray was trying to do to much and UF was absolutely in his head. but to his credit he lead a great comeback.

that game actually had a residual effect and the 1st quarter vs Idaho St he could not hit the broad side of the barn. it was just like UF and it got so bad the fans who were there began to boo the shite out of the team. it was a pretty ugly scene actually. but he got back into a groove kind of and ended up putting 41 points on them in the next quarter and a half.

every other game murray has played he has not done what was seen in the UF game or 1st quarter vs Idaho St. you could say UCF, i wouldn't. that was a team effort to shite the bed.

I still can't believe Luck wanted to stay in college. Only thing that will stop him from winning it is if Stanford doesn't make a BCS bowl or he gets injured.

From the SEC, here's my top Heisman hopefuls:

1. Knile Davis, AR

Last season, he wasn't given at least 10 rushing attempts until the 5th game of the season. He wasn't given at least 20 rushing attempts until the 7th game of the season.

From game 5 until the end of the season, Davis averaged 130 yards/game, 6.4 YPC. Next season, if he can average 20 carries a game and maintain the same production, he will end up with around 1600 total rushing yards. In '09, Ingram finished with 1,658 rushing yards.

Arkansas has some turnover on the offensive line, but we have talent ready to step up, two returning OL starters coming off all-freshman seasons, and three warm-up games to start the season to give the line time to gel and settle in.

Even with Mallett gone, Arkansas's passing game will still have to be accounted for with all of our receivers returning. Petrino has stated that with DJ Williams gone, and given the effectiveness of our top 4 WR's, he expects to use more 4 WR sets next season. When Arkansas lines up with Wilson under center or in the pistol with Davis in the backfield and 4 WR's spread, how are opposing D's going to be able to defend against the pass with 5/6 defensive backs and at the same time stop Knile Davis from averaging 6 yards a pop with only 6/5 men in the box?

2. Trent Richardson, Bama

They say running backs are more productive when you leave them in the game and get them going. I expect Richardson to have a huge year being the main focus of Bama's offense. If Bama becomes TOO run focused, though, it could hurt his overall production. But if McCarron is a legitimate passing threat, then Richardson will be able to reach his potential.

3. Murray, UGA/Garcia, USC

Murray is the better overall QB, but Garcia has better weapons and, IMO, a better shot at making the SEC Championship and BCS Bowl.

I can think of 2-3 QB's in the SEC that I would pick over Garcia. He's just way too inconsistent and is an air head.

at that game i just looked up at the sky and wondered aloud "will we ever recruit a guy who doesn't give a shite about UF and the WLOCP and not tense up for this game"

seriously, some of our most clutch players have gone in to jax and just turned into jelly. 2007 was the only year we were loose it seems. even in 2004 we were the superior team and still had to work against ourselves to win.

but as to murray there are dawgs who share concern where you pointed it out. but hey, if it weren't for him we'd be in the 4 win club
