Everyone evaluates SOS the wrong way. Arguing over who is playing what teams in the bottom half of the SEC is not relevant.

SOS is all about your 4 hardest games. That is all that matters. Since 3 losses mean you are likely out of the playoffs, and 4 losses mean you are certainly out of the playoffs.

If you look at every team's 4 hardest games, Texas has the most difficult SOS in the country. Ohio State on the road (in Week 1), UGA on the road, UF on the road, OU on a neutral field.
