This past season is the worse overall SEC defensive play I've witnessed in awhile. Bama's defensive play has improved this season, but this is Saban's weakest Bama defense since 2008. If Bama is going to win it all, Bama's opportunist offense will have to bring the hardware home this time around most likely. I'd prefer Bama have a Championship-shut-you-down-defense, but that's not the case this year.
Bama needs to only worry about what's in front on Bama. That's all that matters at this point...
