Mallet will be drafted in the 1st round, I'm an LSU fan and hate Mallet just as much as anyone but besides Andrew Luck, Ryan Mallet is the next best pro prospect at QB. Jake Locker has been a huge disappointment this year. The Bills will take Luck #1 overall and that means that Locker and Mallet will be left with the 49ers/Panthers/Bengals/ Cardinals/Vikings/Titans still picking in the 1st round. AT LEAST two of those teams will draft QBs and one WILL be Ryan Mallet.

why would an 11 and 1 auburn automatically go over a 11 and 1 lsu? They would have lost last and should be presumably ranked lower, and if it is florida that beats them, how can anyone ignore the fact that we beat florida?

It's like they would get credit for losing a extra game

I predict they will beat MSU & Auburn at home- and smash whoever they play in their bowl game. I don't discount the significance of Richardson's 1st qtr injury agains us....He'll be healthy for the home stretch.

like 2008?

after they missed out on a NC bid - Bama kinda mailed in that Sugar Bowl appearance

I have nothing aginst Mallet- I think he's a great QB- best in the league this season for sure.

I just happen to think that if LSU plays up to it's potential, having Ryan Mallet will not be enough for Arkansas.

If you would have told me LSU was going to a BCS bowl before the start of the season, I don't think I would have believed it.

12% of Dandy Don's people predicted 12-0 or 11-1.
about 6% each prediction.
I was in the 12-0 group.

All those people thought LSU would be in a BCS bowl game.

Auburn cannot finish 11-1.

They can finish 10-2, 10-3, 11-2, 12-1, or 13-0.

I wont get into explaining them all. think about it.

they need to have some sort of playoff within the bowl system. besides a hand full of bowls, the rest mean absolutley nothing. The only thing they really gain is more practice time.

Homer pick. Tennessee has to run the table against Ole Miss, Vandy, and Kentucky.

After this weekend it looks like a smart pick.

Vandy and Kentucky will both be tough games for the Vols.

I like our chances against the dores.

Kentucky is definitely a toss up, but I think we get the nod at home.

Bray and our WRs are going to put up points, the game should be a shootout.
