East

1.(a) Tennessee
(b) Vanderbuilt
3. Kentucky
4. Florida
5. South Carolina
6. Georgia

West... Who gives a $#!*, but here it is any ways...

1. Mississippi State
2. Ole Miss
3. Alabama
4. Auburn
5. Arkansas
6. LSU

A lot depends on how freshmen play, especially for Tennessee and Kentucky. Tobias Harris is scarey good. Watch his stuff on youtube...

Demario Cox signed with us. Last time I checked.

You must not keep up with basketball recruiting at all. Its DEMARCO Cox, and YES Andre Stringer was the best SENIOR in Mississippi this past year, but JR Guard and Mississippi State lean Deville Smith got Mr. Basketball in Mississippi this season.

Cox didnt even make first team all state, so Im not sure where you get he is the best player in Mississippi.

Highly doubtful

We are losing 2 three year starters, one of whom is the national defensive player of the year.

The SEC is... WEAK!!!

That is why Miss St. is no.1 in my book.

Who will beat them?

Don't need a new coach. Until the teams prove otherwise, the West is still a weak division with Ole Miss and Mississippi State on top. Depending on how well recruiting goes, I expect Alabama or Auburn to make a run at the West in the next couple of seasons...just not next season.

I agree. We've won two SEC West Co-championships with Kennedy.
I don't see why we can't win a third.

no love for the gators in the east...we return everyone but werner...will get kadj 6'10 center back from back surgery as well as allen 6'6 wing player back from injury..depth for the first time in years will not be that big of an issue

Our starting 5 will be as good as any in the SEC next year:

Boynton
Walker
Parsons
Macklin
Tyus or Murphy

False

Returning players from a team that shouldn't have made the NCAA tourney isn't a positive. Brandon Knight dropped UF from his list, all signs are pointing to Kentucky.

Here's why UF is down. Kentucky is back, and very strong. Tennessee is reaching hieghts never seen before for their basketball program, Vandy will have thier top talent returning next year. That's why florida isn't very high.

how you figure?

10 of our 13 losses were by 8 points or less

We were tied or had the lead with under 5min to play in every game on our schedule. Depth did us in last year, not talent.

We swept the West minus the miss st loss in the sec tourney.

Were 1-1 against UT...won by 13 and lost by 1.

I think its fair to say that our starting 5 will be as good as any in the SEC. A weak SEC for that matter.

You mention UK...as of now what do they have for next year.. a roster full of 6 freshman? UT has become a power as you mentioned...and they do have a great recruiting class but its not like we have recruited scrubs...we return everyone next year from a team that was real close to being a pretty good team
