How much does Alabama’s recent success effect the way you view college football?

Kind of a troll but also genuinely curious.

I understand we are spoiled rotten. But I remember the USC days and would tune in to pull for the other team every time. Needless to say that effected my view of college football.

zero.

About the same as when Alabama was going 3-8 and 4-7 every year under Mike Shula and Mike Dubose.

I’ll let OP in on a little secret: 100% of non-Bama fans don’t view college football through Bama glasses.

No impact on me at all. I care about what LSU does or doesn't do. Outside of that I just want to watch good games. IMO if LSU does what it's supposed to do the rest will work itself out as far as what I want to happen.

Bama has had a run unmatched in history. I don't root for whoever is playing Bama.

Probably because my team sucked for this entire Bama run, and most of recorded history.

I think when Saban leaves, and Gumps have to come back down to reality. It's going to be hard for them. Not that they won't be a top school but I seriously doubt they will be in the NC discussion every year like they are now.

Will be hard to curb expectations post Saban.

Zero, because Alabama is not the be all end all they wish to appear to be.

Not to be a grammar Nazi, but...

affected

And no, Alabama's success doesn't affect the way I view college football at all. I'm more concerned about Auburn righting the ship than I am about anybody else.

That's why I changed it to impact in my reply. I always get those two mixed up. I thought it was affect, but not positive.
