Refs went from letting us play to calling chippy fouls on both sides.

46-40 cats. A dogfight like we thought it would be.

think Tenn, Auburn, and UF are all playing at elite levels right now. I'd put Bama, UK, and A&M one step below.

I love how we've been playing but I feel like no one is safe in this league. I see Auburn ahead of the pack via my eye test for sure, but whoever is 8,9,10 etc can and will beat the top teams at home. Unfortunately the schedules aren't all the same this year. Pains me that Florida doesn't play all our usual rivals twice.

I Look for UK to run away with this game middle of the second half. With three injuries to key players and our lack of depth, we will run out of gas like we did against Duke

Wouldn't surprise me for a normal game. Y'all have 2 dudes at least with 3 fouls and a short rotation. That and we play better in the 2nd half this year once we wear teams down.

OTOH, it's a rivalry game.

Yep, the separation won’t be enough for top teams to just cruise on the road. Every road game except for SC will likely be a Q1 game. The grind will just be brutal and teams will be mentally and physically fatigued from time to time, which means dropping a game somewhere you probably shouldn’t. Will be an all out war almost every game.

You should see how the Illinois Tennessee game is being officiated lmao. 45 fts so far in the first half and the score is 31-30 SMH.

That will be a common theme in league play.

League play will be super tough, but jesus I've noticed that just about every OOC road game officiating has been over the top bad consistently.

I remember getting mad @Bama and @TexAM last year but shoot we got hosed waay worse in the tourney than we did in conference IMO.

Pat Adams has been his typical self today. I'm hoping maybe he pulls a hammy and isn't available for SEC play.

Does Kentucky know that an opponent making a shot behind the arc line counts as more points than inside
