Sheppard plays much better off the bench. Mitchell was AWOL tonight. None of our guys have figured out how to block out on rebounds or get between their man and the basket. Another year of squandered talent.

Y'all know this isn't the Don Devoe or Houston era? This is a top 5 matchup and the Cats played well at points. You're still a good team - hardly NIT.

They won’t be NIT.
But they’ll maybe get an 8/9 and will have to hope they have Knight and Co.-esque progress in February so they can upset a 1. We still have Auburn and Alabama. We fold against physical teams.
