Sankey is a horrible witness

SEC really shot itself in the dick. Whichever schools put him up to the lawsuit should have known that he makes a horrible witness. He can’t explain any of his actions and readily admits that 545 is the current status of the NCAA and that according to the letter of it, all of these kids are eligible. He literally said “let me stop helping you “ on the stand today because he knew he shot himself in the dick by making that statement. When you don’t follow the letter of the rule and make decisions, despite it against one, School, it’s called acting in an arbitrary manner. He can’t explain it. He’s doing it simply because he was pressured into it by a bunch of “members “. I’ve said this multiple times on this board, but whoever is giving the SEC legal advice should be fired.
