Of course it's satire. These coaches interviews at halftime reveal exactly noting you don't already know. They are completely meaningless. The only two I remember are Bear Bryant's "I'm trying to win the game" (vs Auburn 1982) and Nick Saban's "We're playing like you-know-what and I've gotta go kick some you-know-what" (on LSU radio vs Kentucky 2002).

And that's the point: the SEC amended a freaking federal lawsuit to enter "Just think if we were playing pros" as evidence of LOIC enough to justify expelling LSU from the conference. The SEC took a joke about how he was COMPYING with the SEC rule as a slander worthy of FEDERAL intervention.

It goes to show just how much of last week's insanity was caused by the SEC completely overreacting and not by anything Kiffin or other LSU personnel said or did.
