If he hadn't tried to kick FGs in those circumstances, people would be bitching about him not trying them

It's his fault for trying the field goals, he knew that wasn't in their range.

I watched all of it. I actually thought he was gonna stay classy until he blamed the players.

It was in their range. We had made kicks from that distance last year as well as this year. If you can't kick a field goal from the 33 yard line then you shouldn't be playing major college football. I know you can't always make them, but the fact that none of them ever had a chance is disgraceful.
I'm sorry, but I am not a proponent of punting from that part of the field. You either go for it if the down and distance is close or you kick the field goal.
