Cochran saw the writing on the wall as him and Saban had several face to face discussions about CNS'S disappointment over the S&C program. Didn't used to be like that. You want to become a head coach? Go to the back of the bus, junior!

Cochran could see the writing on the wall. At least Kirby makes the SEC Championship.

But, they were the new addition to the staff in 2018. And, in year two, eleven players earned All-Big Ten honors, the Hoosiers won 8 games for the first time since 1993, and they went to the program’s first Florida bowl game.
Most of their past success has been working with elite HS athletes at IMG.
We'll see. I'm most surprised that S&C coaches is a major topic. I couldn't have named one outside of Cochran before he left for UGA. And, I'd guess most "fans" cannot even name all of their on field position coaches, let alone a strength coach.
