Saban should be the last person to criticize anyone for what they do in front of a camera. He's the biggest bully to the media and treats them like dog crap. Nick knows better than this shite. Saban once Maria Taylor to "Quit Asking" in a harsh tone and didn't blink an eye doing it and that was in the middle of the #me too movement.
