Of course it matters. If a player throws a haymaker right at someone’s face ask he’s clearly committing a penalty. The UT player was clearly going for the ball and grazed a players helmet. Those are two completely different actions
Players punch at the ball all the time. An arm grazing a players helmet isn’t a penalty. It’s why players wear helmets.

Not with Milton…dude had one good pass yesterday and the receiver still had to make an elite diving catch. Not to mention he was covered by a linebacker
