Think. Why would a conference need a private school?

Why go to 8 team divs.?
That alone would take up 7 games on your schedule.
& then what's the conf. schedule like?

What do you guys think about this?

frick no. NEVER.

Oklahoma brings nothing to the table.

Send Missouri to the West and Auburn East.

Call it done.

Proper geographic realignment puts Auburn and Alabama in the East with Missouri and Vanderbilt in the West.

Permanent opponents then become:

Vanderbilt-Tennessee
LSU-Alabama
Missouri-South Carolina
Mississippi State - Kentucky
Texas A&M-Florida
Ole Miss-Georgia
Arkansas-Auburn

Ditch Missouri and Oklahoma. Pick up Texas and get into North Carolina and Virginia.

Non starter. Take all the worst qualities of Alabama, North Carolina, Notre Dame and Penn State but with 5% of the competence and success and you have t.u.

Texas in the SEC would be great. Aggies would piss their pants though. Should just swap ATM for UT. They're much more competitive and not nearly as weird

A&M - 2017
t.u. - 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019

Please no more expansion. The conference does not need more members.

Conference partnership is all about TV footprint.

We know from experience. The SWC and Big12 constantly had problems getting good TV contracts because of the shitty, isolated footprint.

Adding the state of oklahoma is worthless because there are no good TV markets. Adding another Texas team is worthless because the markets are already covered.

SEC fans may not like the Missouri addition, but Kansas City and St. Louis are HUGE TV markets that boosted the frick out of the SEC's TV footprint (#32 and #21 TV market, respectively).

Adding Aggy already gets the SEC #5, #7, and #31 TV markets, and we don't try to shite all over the other conference members and make them all Georgia Generals.

Any additions to the SEC will come from North Carolina and Virginia. Exansion is about money and money only. Oklahoma brings very little as it is a small state population-wise. And we are NOT adding a team from a state we already have a footprint in.

Bring in NC State and VA Tech if you want significantly more revenue

I don’t understand why people don’t get this. If the sec expands, it will do so to the east.
