Eat shite and die bub. If you’re going to openly root against your alma mater, while knowing your alma mater is more deserving, you can get fricked. Soulless bastard.

frick that bitch. He can eat a bag of aids d****.

He’s an absolute piece of work. Has to be “objective” by shi**ing on his alma mater every time there’s a camera in front of his face.

I agree, he had an opportunity to make a case but chose not to do it and instead made the case for SMU. I’m actually glad because now that’s one less podcast I will listen to.

It’s one thing to call balls and strikes, it’s another to be intellectually dishonest. McElroy is purposefully doing this so he doesn’t look like a homer. Screw that guy.

He’s a fricking ginger b***h. He couldn’t get p***** at Bama like JPW or AJ and he’s bitter about it

Greg, you’ve got a face only a mother could love and a treasonous bastards personality. I hope you’re being paid well, you fricking cuck.

It was funny because for a split second it looked like Greg might offer the very real SOS issue...you see Sean about to get defensive...then Greg goes into smu cheerleading and Sean relaxes and joins in lol.

Scott Hamilton and Opy can go frick each other.

Bama has played nine bowl eligible teams. I hate ESPN with an unbridled passion that’s hard to explain.

I actually disagree. He's just a fricking dork. He's a wiener. And also, he's kinda fricking dumb.

In his mind, he really thinks SMU is amazing. He said it before the game. "OHHH BOYYY YOURE IN FOR A TREAT TONIGHT!!! SMU IS SO EXCITING!!!"

He's just a fricking dork

Greg is fricking dead to me

He has to appear impartial or he loses all credibility and with the amount of Bama hate he faces that must be difficult to establish. Benefit of the doubt says his espn masters told him to sell smu since they are cornered into an impossible scenario given the way the game played out and smu’s lofty ranking. Had they been ranked 13 or 14, Bama would still be in. Dumb move by the cfp committee.

This one was my personal fave: Bama has played nine bowl eligible teams. I hate ESPN with an unbridled passion that’s hard to explain.

It always helps to pad your bowl eligible teams if you lose to two teams with 6 losses.

This isn't one of your typical "smartest guy in the room" threads. This almost feels like pandering to your constituency. Although I haven't been around long I often looked forward to your work. Now, I just don't know.

McElroy tries really really really hard to be "impartial" to the point of aggressively being against all things Alabama most of the time.

Sane people don't care.

But sanity and SEC football rarely go together.

McElroy tries too hard to appear impartial and it makes him say stupid shite all the time. He deserves the shite he gets to be honest.

All you hear for SMU are emotional arguments.

"smartest guy in the room"

When have I pretended to be that?

I can talk football and enjoy solid posts and can respond in kind, but this place is ate up with trash talk. Kind of hard to enjoy this place if you don't do some too.

As I said in another post, I don't find picking Bama an egregious pick if that's what they do. My problem has been there has been very little comment about Bama's loss to OU from two weeks ago, but major focus on stuff S. Carolina did a month and half ago or further back. That's not to say Bama doesn't have a good argument, but Bama's biggest wart has been hardly mentioned and it just happened.

Seriously? OP is a total moron who can’t make and defend an argument when questioned. Odd you have that impression.

I don't recall you questioning me. Maybe you did. I usually respond if I find it's legitimate.

To be honest, if someone had given me your handle and said what board is this guy from, I'd have no idea. Never heard of you. You obviously know me though.

STOP THE PRESSES! koreandawg and I actually agree on something.

These two sum it up best.

These idiots expected Greg McElroy to get on there and risk his seven figure a year job, and act like that brain damaged drunk, Roll Tide Willie.

"Ain't nuttin' but da Tide, baby."

I guess they want him to get on TV and cry like Bitch Saban.

Under normal circumstances I would agree with you. However, the OP nailed it this time.

Bammers expect Greg McElroy to go on TV, and beg and cry Bammer into the playoffs like Roll Tide Willir or Phyllis from Mulga.

You already have Bitch Saban crying for Alabama weekly on GameDay.

Gary Danielson was sucking off Alabama on CBS yesterday. The SEC wasn't even playing on CBS yesterday.

The trailer park dwelling, high school dropout fan base of Alabama, expects everyone with a microphone in front of them to cheerlead and promote Alabama.

Then they wonder why they are the only fan base in America, that can win a national championship and still be a laughing stock.
