Correct. The roll at home is the go to, it’s got a higher fat content which creates a superior patty. I’m a jimmy dean hot guy(haven’t seen Carolina pride where I’m at but will try if I see) but if you buy the pre patty in the styrofoam wrapped in cellophane jimmy dean it uses a leaner cut creating prettier looking meat with inferior taste.
