He was a Head Coach at a JUCO school and dominated the JUCO ranks. I have no idea where he is now,

NC State is a pretty solid job IMO, they have won 2 national championship, have a great basketball tradition, great facilities, etc...
I think this job is just as attractive as the Arkansas job

yeah, the hangup for them is playing little brother to other schools in-state. i think it just depends on whether or not the coach would prefer trying to slay acc titans or pig out on sec west cupcakes. it's probably a non-issue if they end up going for fox anyway.
