The BCG deal was give "credibility" by Mike Irwin who I can only guess is using his Texas Tech connections to summarize that BCG is a wanted commodity in the basketball world...
The rest has been BCG floating his name out for every open position in hopes that one will land him somewhere, he would do well in Wyoming...

BCG floated his and Tubby's name to a Fort Worth paper as being candidates, it then made its way to twitter and went viral with all the sudden Tubby having been hired while everyone in NWA is having a WTF? moment.
At the same time a St. Louis paper was reporting that Mizzou's AD should start a short list to replace Mike after he finishes the tournament this year...

I'd take Turgeon over both.
Turgeon reminds me of Self when he was at Illinois. That's who we should hire IMO.

Meh. He would be a good hire, but I would rather hire Gregg Marshall, I can see him doing great things when he gets his chance. He has already built one program and rebuilt a program that was left in a mess from Turgeon similar to the mess Pel is leaving here...

I agree, Turgeon is a solid choice. I think, Mike would win here, too.
Really, unless there is a mystery candidate, we might have a short list.
I guess Buzz is the wildcard Jeffy choice......maybe? Although, I just don't get it.

With the NC State job opening up and putting out a statement that they'll ante up 3 mil for a new coach, our list gets shorter.
