No it's been posted on this thread today 50 times etc. People still harbor ill will to Nolan in this state, unfairly. But then again Nolan dared JFB to fire him and got called on it. The revisionist history is fun.

On message boards, the trend is those who hate Nolan/Mike spend a lot of their time also defending Frank.

Sorry I might have misread your meaning, but you did say he can't win in Arky due to his ties to NR. I guess I don't understand how you can't win because of ties to a former coach you assisted for.
BTW I think the fact he has gone out and made a name for himself gives him his own identity and I believe your fans are smart enough (I know I can't believe I said that either) to give him the respect he deserves. The fact many Hog sites are blowing up with excitement says he will in my opinion.

You blame Heath on Heath, you can give Pel a pass for a year but he did his USA thing at big time school.
I just think it's strange how certain people in the state think all the wounds are healed. Trust me there are still some that despise Nolan and anything associated with him, it's going to be a PC that has to bridge from 1977 to 2011 with prominent people there to unify the state once again.

Anyone know the salary? I would assume this is costing 2.5-3 mil. Props to FLAGSHIP for hiring top notch basketball and football coaches. The West could definitely use another good basketball school.
