I’m thinking LSU is about to make a big step this year also.

Ha!
We are going to be a very good team this season that will surprise a lot of people.
Next season we won’t surprise anyone.

What the hell is your problem? You are all up in this thread talking shite, but you would be better off in the kitchen making me a sandwhich.
All she said is that South Carolina would beat Florida. Did it ever occur to you that every single Florida poster in this thread has said that Florida would beat South Carolina?

The SEC is so much better with a good Florida and Tennessee team.
Why? We finished #1 and #2 in the country last year. If Florida and Tennessee had been good, do you think the SEC would have had 3 teams in the playoffs?

Straws,
Yes, UF played close games against TAMU, LSU, and South Carolina, but also had close wins against UK and UT. UF was probably closer to 2-9 last year than 6-5 if we are being brutally honest.
Then, you look at the schedule. Yes, not a lot of great teams, but you have a lot of teams with experienced QBs. Fromm, Bentley, Locke, Fitzgerald, Francois, Shurmur, etc.
I don't think Florida's defense is good enough to prevent teams with good passers from moving the ball. I think UF will out-talent Vanderbilt, but anyone else with a decent QB is going to put a ton of pressure on UF, and I think they will lose most of those games because the offense won't be able to keep up.
We'll see how the season plays out with injuries, QB development, etc.
