There are not 29 players in the portal for A&M first of all. I see 25, with two of those who were already "medically retired" prior to the 2022 season.
Why would walk ons be added into anything? None of the ones listed played at all.
And some of that senior group is coming back. Richardson just announced last week, and it's looking likely that Smith, Wright and Preston come back too.

Jimbo fired.
I've been predicting this since they hired him. Recruit well, do well at first, have a couple of "good" seasons, lose the team, the wheels fall off, leave in disgrace.
A wheel fell off this year. The rest will come next year, or maybe the following at best. His best season at A&M is behind him. He'll be fired after the 2023 season...maaaaybe 2024 at best.
