That double throw by the WR went further in the air than any of Jones passes.

Since you are obviously only counting air length after the line of scrimmage for Jones, the double throw went for 0 yards.

They may be playing less than expected, but they
Are considered a top 3 line by almost every sporting website heading into the season.

If Trent Brown is out I could see the pass pro being a little behind. He’s a huge guy one of the better pass pro Tackles in the league.

Which is weird because Stiham is still kinda on the team. Do they not expect Stidham to beat out Mac either? Mac Jones au qb killer.

Pats line has not been getting done in the first 3.5 games.

When you have a QB that can not move out of the pocket, it limits the protection. The 4 Ds they have played know that and the rush appropriately. Even when he gets rid of the ball, he is ducking. Lucky the ball only has to travel 5 yards.

Or teams blitz more often because he's a rookie without big time receivers.

You're an asshat. Plenty of time? Swap OLines and Mac would show you something.

Brady couldn't operate behind that bunch.

When Trent returns, that won’t be a problem.

No ones been able to run on Tampa Bay, they might as well just go to 5 wides and maybe slip an occasional draw in there if they have a back in for protection. I formation Iso plays ad pitch sweeps are a wasted down.

I do think if they can buy Mac some time they should take a shot downfield.

They blitz because they know the OL is protecting a pocket that doesn't move. By blitzing it forces the OL to have to adjust because they know their QB really can't leave the pocket. That is why you see all those short passing attempts.

Mac attack has the ball with excellent field position. A TD would be most excellent.

Analysts with actual NFL experience on the broadcast: Mac is playing great.

Irons Puppet: Mac is the worst QB on the Patriots roster.
