Portal QBs - 2nd year takeoff. Who’s next?

Seems like the second year at a new school is when some of the transfer QBs blossom. Burrow, Nix, Penix, Daniels all took a step up after having a full offseason and year of play with their new schools. Trying to think of guys who meet the criteria for next season.
Could Mertz at Florida be the guy? Any others who fit?
