I think he received those from LSU because he's part of the staff for the Athletic Dept. I believe he's on the video staff.

I'm guessing this covers all sports so you have to wonder what kind of school history got jacked
Well, 'his' history got stolen. I'm quite positive SEC rings would be given out to more LSU staffers and athletes than just this one man; plus the Athletic Dept would have all their's.
