Not really

If you're weak at key positions like QB & OLine, or on the DLine then a talented team can easily lose 2-4 games over the course of a P5 Season

Look no further than UGA as an example their QB hurt them a lot last season, just like Michigan last season

Five 3 stars (3 from 2015 class. 2 from 2016 class)
Three 4 stars (2 from 2017 class and 1 from 2016 class)
Two 5 stars (all from the 2017 class)

Kirby is an excellent recruiter.
But he coaches up as well.
9 starters in 2019 were 3 stars or lower.
