lol. Kid needs to be at least 18 for the Livvy Dunne pimping to even be worth considering. And she’s not hot enough to pass up a few million to frick once.
Pitt needs to stop being cheap jackasses. Pay the kid what he wants.

There are 162 MLB games per team per year. So you can figure 81 home game, on average. If you multiply the two tickets, by 81x30 that's 4,860. If you divide that into $1,000,000 it works out to $205.76 per ticket per game.
The other things are cool, but in reality hold not tangible value.
Keep holding out kid.

Haha I think it’s a “fair” offer. 30 years of home plate premium tix that could easily go for at minimum a couple hundo each. It might be a pain in the arse but would come out to over a million easy, even if they suck. If he sells anywhere close to a million for the card, and invests with any half-competent wealth management service he should triple that over the same time period. So much for an 11 year old to consider.

Livvy is hot but definitely not hot enough to pass up a cool couple million bigguns. Skenes will be a Yank-me or a Dodger soon enough

If the kid isn't particularly a Pirates or Skenes fan, what is so great about this deal? If he lives in Las Vegas, what good is that? I am sure an 11 year old boy would be cool with hanging out with Dunn but he likely isn't making the call. Dad and/or mom are making the call and selling them on letting their kid hang out with Dunn might be tough. Dad would look like a creep and mom is gonna mom. What is in the "much more"?
You get someone to tell you the fair market value of those 30 years worth of season tickets and signed jerseys and compare it to what is being offered on the market.
If it doesn't match the market, you keep holding out.

The collector has chosen to send the card to auction
Is the auction going to be the card or the Pirates offer?

They’d probably tie a shite ton of stipulations to those tickets, including not being able to resell them. I’d never take that offer so any of my favorite sport teams.
Cold hard cash invested until he graduates colleges, bare minimum, and he’d be set for life.
Given his age, he wouldn’t be watching anywhere close to all the games possible because of school.
