Picks by school in the free transfer era

Last night in one of the threads, someone asked how draft picks were being counted by school. Someone suggested that it was the last school where a draft pick played.

The NFL Network page is crediting each school where a player played.

I looked to see if any players had been drafted from Oklahoma State and saw De'Zhaun Stribling listed. He's also showing for Ole Miss, where he played this past season.

Ted Hurst was drafted out of Georgia State, where he played the past two seasons. He played his first two seasons at Valdosta State. He's listed for both schools.
