Oregon is pretty high considering they lost their QB and star RB and a few players off of their defense. Also, I know Arkansas lost BMFP, but they are still really talented.

So this is the year that they cut out all the mental mistakes like leading the nation in penalties? They find a running game? Their young offensive line puts it all together? They finally take advantage of their soft schedule?
