The only "high profile" things Sherman has ever done as an NFL coach involve:
-Being a crappy GM
-Giving up a 4th and 26 in a playoff game at Lambeau that they eventually lost.

I'm not sure about Hart's thoughts on Dooley. However, Dooley and Jimmy Cheek (Chancellor) hate each other.
Maybe with an AD they won't have to deal with each other any more.
