Anyone who was paying attention to what Yurachek was saying at the time at all should know what happened. He didn't want to deal with Sexton. Which, I can see why he would feel that way, but he made a big mistake. Clearly.

In short, Yurachek was given the green light to keep pursuing Kiffin and outbid Ole Miss, but Yurachek hadn't secured the funds yet and chose not to even try. He didn't want to be in a bidding war with Sexton where he had to go beg boosters for money and chose to run away on his own accord.
He didn't approach a single booster about appropriating more money to outbid Ole Miss. He didn't approach a single booster to possibly secure more money on another top tier coach. He chose to be completely disconnected from the board, boosters, everyone and do it himself

I do, but what the frick does this have to do with anything? It was a national report corroborated by local sources and yes people on the internet. You also have people right here who are telling you they know firsthand what happened and that you're wrong.

What kills me is that after this, when Pittman hired Sexton he just caved immediately and gave Pittman the raise (maybe deserved) and big buyout (definitely not deserved and contradicted his own statements on buyouts).
Yurachek fricked up. Plain and simple.
