But we do think that he'll make us a team that can compete with just about anyone.
What else is Ole Miss resting hopes on this year? I find it hard to belive that he is going to be the leader of this team on offense?

To the OP, he won't start more than 7...

Bolden + a really good defensive line

Anything can happen in just one game... the problem will be consistency with your depth. I see Ole Miss going from a pre-Masoli losing recrod to a Bowl Birth this year. IMO that's a huge jump. However, which Bowl will be determined by that consistency of both your QB play and some big breaks. The West will be wild this year no doubt with everyone chasing Bama.

This + Enrique Davis should be pretty steady at RB as well as Rodney Scott. We need some receivers to step up and hopefully Mackey will be fun to watch in the wild rebel along with Masoli. I'm really not worried about DB's. They are young but more talented than we've had in a long time, if ever. Good thing we have an easy start to the season since they are so young, hopefully they adjust quickly...

With how our schedule is, I'd be surprised if Ole Miss didn't make it to a bowl game...even without Masoli.

Na, our schedule would have gotten us at least 6 with me starting

Next couple years will be stepping it up a notch though

i would hope so. can't get much easier than this year.

Exactly. Open with Boise St. next year and add Tejas the next. I can't wait to play Tejas at Austin. Always wanted to visit. Heard it is freaking awesome...

Texas is a great OOC game. better not underestimate Fresno State this year.

As a fan, it doesn't matter what I estimate

But yeah, last year I would have been worried. They lost a stud of a RB, and our D will be fine, so I figure we will be OK in that one...

Next years is awesome tho

It's gonna fricking suck for home games this year. The biggest game we have is Auburn. What's bad is that the two games I am most excited about going to are both in the state of Louisiana
