I thought he would go to Oregon. He would be a good fit in that offense.

Franks is as physically skilled as any QB in the nation. His decision making is his only downside. If he stays aggressive he is top notch, but when he gets passive and indecisive he will hold the ball too long and it causes problems. He throws a better deep ball than Trask and he is very accurate. I just don't think he reads the defense well.

Whenever your options are a running QB who doesn’t know where the first down marker is, a midget and a walk-on you take what you can get. I also trust Briles, he was worked magic with every QB he’s had.
