Texas has always paid players too, probably not to the level and consistency of others but they have paid.
There's an old Dallas Morning News article out there where Jeff Leibing talks about taking money from boosters. Or Colt McCoys wife talking about players taking money. One of the posters on surlyhorns worked on the 30 for 30 Pony Express and said they uncovered stuff about Texas paying Edwin Simmons back then.
So, no Texas isn't without sin in this case.

Unwarranted arrogance. Harbaugh suspended twice in 1 year. Throws his assistants under the bus. They lose their jobs and he goes to the NFL to make more millions lol

WTF? Yeh, Michigan has troublemakers in our fanbase! We get good jobs, buy 500k houses, pay our taxes, raise our families, buy a few Beamers & a Jag or some classy sled, give to charities, and put money into local economies....the nerve of us!!!

It's like they can't even see their own arrogance.

I'll never forget going to the 2007 game when the "classy" fans were chanting a-hole at me as walked towards the stadium and those same classy fans throwing peanuts at me and my friend the entire second half. One student came up to me and said he could look forward to me pumping his gas someday and asked if I even had a job. When he heard I was an associate at one of the best IBs in New York he couldn't get on his knees fast enough
