If I'm an NFL general manager, I wouldn't draft a player that quit on his team.

Unless opt outs get punished in the draft it will only get worse.

If you're drafted in the first 2 rounds, you opted-out.
Anything beyond that is a quitter.

Quitters. There should be a scholarship penalty and loss of benefits if a player quits on the team (unless injured or personal issues arise)

No play, no draft. That would be the way to end the bullshite.
