If we were to get Duke and UNC, this conference would be a frickin' monopoly of male athletics.

makes you wonder if A&M fans are good SEC type people in the long run

Actually go to one of our games (especially after the stadium is done) and you won't question that any more.

I mean they have done an incredible amount of shite talking disrespectful things if you stop and think about it.

Actually before the season started we were very respectful and barely said anything except that we expected to compete in the SEC eventually. It wasn't until we actually had a good season that we started talking shite.

No brainer, yes. They are the richest program in the country. Any conference would be dumb to turn them down.

This. If they want in, they'll get in

Is it a bad thing that I go all-in pulling for my in-state rival when they are playing you SOBs?

It is going to be a glorious day in early September when they kick your arse in Austin, thus removing ESPN's head from your arse early in the season, instead of(again) making us wait for RRR...

Don't care who you support. Care to wager on your prediction? I'm serious. Been a lot shite about how Ole Miss is going to rock UT's world next fall in Austin. Who is willing to put their money where their mouth is?

Texas is quickly becoming irrelevant on the national landscape

Just like Alabama was a few years ago, like Michigan is now, like USC is now, like ND has been for a decade or longer, like OU was in the 90's, like Nebraska has been since Tom left, like Miami is now, like just about every major power in NCAA history has gone thru. Don't be so short-sighted. Cycles come & go. Predictions of permanent doom for UT are for those who cannot project into the future.
