Crazy thing is I read that this play was Florida's longest gain from scrimmage for the entire day

I hear ya. This topic one is the worst I have ever seen on tSECr. Spun (I believe) into at least four threads.

This one had the best footage though.

I just realized that it's fake (I think).

Not fake. Here's the Florida Athletic Department's YouTube channel:

The other UF player just appears on this gif though.

No, he is standing right next to #74 at the beginning of the .gif.

So our other player emerged from their #7 like a demon or something?

He doesn't just appear. You can see his helmet at the very beginning of the gif.

No. Keep your eye on #74. You can clearly see two Gator helmets at the beginning of the .gif. They both go to block the same guy (#7 for Ga. Southern). The Florida WR misses and blocks his own teammate instead.

There was a video in the other thread that showed multiple angles of it happening. Hell, I think your ath dept released a video after the game that beyond all reason has that play in there and shows it

It's not the initial mistake that hurts. It's the pigheaded unwillingness to stop making the mistake.

Adding insult to injury, #72 Jonotthan Harrison is getting shoved backwards by the WR.

Umm.. sorry, but that's wishful thinking. He's there in the GIF from the start and if he IS somehow inserted into the UF-provided YouTube video, then what the hell is the tackle doing (in multiple angles) if he isn't blocking another Gator?

The good thing is you'll get to argue this point next year, and the year after that, and the year after that... because this thing is timeless

Kinda like how this team somehow kept y'all from winning a national title last year.

In truth I almost (almost) feel guilty about posting on this subject after the way the Aggies crapped the bed Saturday. But it was the one happy moment I had from Saturday, so here I am.
