What's up with playing @ LA Monroe in '10? How did that happen?

I'm pretty sure that's one of the games we play in Little Rock. LA Monroe counts it as a home game for attendance purposes.

USM is notably absent. Still can't understand the reasoning for that.

'We have nothing to gain'. REALLY? Then why do you play Memphis every year.

'We have to recruit against them'. So does Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Florida and Tennessee, but all of those schools will/have played USM.

Real reason is probably the fact that USM beat Ole Miss 4 out of the last 5 times they played.

We finally realized playing Memphis was a mistake, so we canceled the series after this year and probably won't be playing them again (ala USM).

USM is not to be taken seriously. Some people have the perception that they are some badass sleeping giant program - they aren't. We rarely recruit against them... they get the leftovers in MS. I'll give them some credit, they get more out of their players than some schools do and put together some decent teams.

Speaking of OOC... Arkansas schedule is Missouri State, TAMU (in Arlington), Eastern Michigan, and Troy... that could be weaker than our scheudle next year.

I think the reason being we just came off 3 years of beatdowns for the most part thanks to the scheduling of USC and UT. I would have loved to have kept the UT game with the aTm game but our schedule in 2009 is brutal...

I believe it's in Little Rock but they get to count it towards their home attendance...
