The first thing I learned after moving here is that anyone who resides north of I-10 is considered a Yankee. I've almost lost my Yankee status due to 12 yrs of Long Beach citizenship.

My best friend in college went to Oak Grove, and a lot of people made fun of him for being coast trash. People North of Jackson, aren't very good at MS geography. Especially people from the Delta, they only know of other places in the Delta. Nothing outside of that. I'm like look mother effs he's from Oak Grove not Orange Grove.
