Please, enlighten me. I can only hope you were being sarcastic. Or that you are poor and just really only like it bc it's free. The only thing I truly enjoy at rendezvous is the cheese plate. Same for most people I know. Ribs are hit and miss. Atmosphere is best part about the place by far, not the food...

Well, when you get to walk in the kitchen and pick your own rack its not hit and miss. The brisket isn't bad either. I've had Central several times and it wasn't that good. Interstate is better than Central and it's overrated too.

Now what does that have to do with Memphis ribs?
I like the Rendezvous, but I like dry ribs so much more than wet ribs or the shredded pulled pork BBQ on a bun, and the Rendezvous has great dry ribs. Haven't tried those other places in Memphis, though.

You should get their sausage and cheese plate, but I agree that their dry are the way to go IF you choose to eat there

Yeah, that generally helps normal discussion. Have you ever even had Tops? Also, suggesting I enjoy them because I'm "poor" was just such a nice thing to say. Additionally, you are implying Central "is where its at." If you mean bland bbq and soggy crappy bbq nachos I agree.

Sure I've had Tops, run of the mill BBQ in Memphis. Glad you enjoy. I don't much care for BBQ nachos, so whatever you say on that one. I'm sorry I called you poor. I don't graduate again until may if that makes you feel better. We obviously have differing opinions, so lets just leave it at that. See me taking the high road? It's easy.
