I honestly think it's time Tulane gave up the pretense of being a FBS team and drop down to FCS status.
They'd do well in that classification. Huge party school, and NOLA is a tremendous recruiting asset to player who know they probably will never make the NFL, or any pro ball at all.

for starters, down two touchdowns with 7 minutes to go, toledo kicks a field goal. then doesnt use his timeouts to stop the clock thereafter.
