don't try to speak logic with these entitlement minded fans of the so called power punchers of the SEC. These are the same people who won a game by the slimmest of margins(10-7) after trailing for 90% of the game, and then claim to everyone who will listen that they completely dominated the other team. Nevermind that the other team had 3 TDs called back for penalties that night.

These Fresnoids aren't Pat Hill's Fresnoids. They're not gonna get back there any time soon.

It took a dropped open 2 point conversion and a delay of game penalty late that pushed the kicker out of range for you to win. Mistakes on State's part are why you won, not because you are better.

These 2 wins over two shitty teams have me and all my OM friends talking Atlanta and CFB playoffs... Glad you put things in perspective.

100 penalty yards against LSU with some questionable calls (that was a catch) kept that game close than it should have been

LSU would have had 400+ yards rushing if all those runs don't get called back.

LSU had 2 called back and several chunk plays negated.

Which one do you want taking snaps when you go on the road in the SEC ?

They didn't make the plays in any way, shape, manner or form.
The hold on the reverse play definitely helped on the run.

If I were an OM fan, I'd be worried about freeze's track record as a road team. The last 2 years as a road team, OM is 3-5 with 2 of those wins vs vandy. Last year OM faced 2 run first, defensive minded teams (lsu and arkansas) and lost both by a combined score of 40-7. OM is simply not a good road team

Bama is an extremely good home team. Saban has 3 home losses in the last 7 years.

It is because we have had a weak running game due to a weak OL and have to pass most of the game. At home DE's cant get a jump on the OT's because they can go by a snap count, but on the road, especially in DWS, DV, and BDS, you have to go by a hard count and our OL cant handle a pass rush that tee's off. Without Tunsil I dont think we have much of a chance. With him I think we win. Saban has lost one game at night in BDS, it will be tough to do again.

Considering Kelly has yet to start a road game or even an sec game, I'll say it's way too early to say.

LSU could only dream to score two consecutive 70 point games against anybody. I hate to say but Ole Miss looks pretty good and a good portion of their team is from Louisiana. Players mad they couldn't play at LSU so, that game is definitely circled.

ETA: LINKJust at a quick glance I count three. I'm sure I'm missing 15 or 20 though.

Will need to see Chad Kelly play his first road SEC game to answer this.

Don't fool yourself this is no Fresno State team from a couple of years ago. Ole Miss will have to run the ball sooner or later. This much we all know, we will find out a lot after this Saturday is over with.

And looking back on the LSU/State game I am not one to make excuses because that game should have never ended as close we it did, period!! I will say the two TD's and the other hand full of big plays that were called back due to penalties were critical a far as effecting the outcome of that game.
