Tom Rinaldi did a piece a few years ago about Gaines. I had heard of him vaguely in passing but never knew how deep it went until that piece.

I knew about him because of my dad

Dang I don't think I've ever cried so much during a documentary; definitely one of the best I've ever seen.

The story about his first job cleaning the gas station bathroom and cleaning it for 4 hours because "nobody ever told me to quit" got me right in the gut. Everyone can learn something from chucky.
This got to me

I had tears rolling down my face at the end, and that was probably the 6th time I cried.

I pretty much was crying/teary eyed from the point where Gaines told about how he asked the reporter what happened to Chucky through the end.

Yeah that documentary doesn't just tug on your heartstrings, it rips them clean out and plays a concerto on them.
So we'll done. Extremely moving.

What are you trying to say? He milks it for publicity?

Jefferson was better than Lee

If this had been a head on collision or if Gaines had been the defensive player, i would understand his pain. (believe me, I still respect it.)
However, he was the offensive player, with his back turned to Mullins and Mullins hit him. Just good football. This wasnt his fault!
Perhaps I misunderstand his pain. Perhaps this is human empathy for a situation he was personally involved with. (probably), but Brad Gaines seems to be suffering. Dude needs to continue therapy.

Not at all.
If you read book I mentioned you'd understand.
Not his fault.
Going to grave every Christmas Day morning bc chucky wouldn't want to be alone ..... Really brad?

He's been trolling for years. This is the first time I've seen him over here in a while.

I'm not.
It's just a logical opinion.
Not an emotional one that you Blackbears all share.
