Why enforce the penalty in the 3rd quarter? Why not replay the down?

OSU pissed me off. Way overranked. LSU or Bama would name their score against them.
OU is gonna kick the shite out of them though so it won't matter.
OU shite the bed against TT, but OU is a legit team that could keep it close against LSU or Bama IMO. Do not think they would win, but it would at least be competitive.
