1. Bama (sick D and LSU will not be effecient against it - got to score to win)
2. LSU (D and just enough O)
3a. UF (still hadn't seen enough of Brantly)
3b. Arky (believe by the seasonsend you will be a force
5a. UGA (improving)
5b. AU (got to find a D)
7. MSU (you will get it together. good D but played a sick O and d in losses)
8. USCe ( need to improve on passing and on D)
9. Tenn
10. Vandy (moving up)
11 Ky
12 ole miss

You beat to this, but you have them ranked exactly as I would

our offense has shown just as much as Alabamas, though, and wouldn't they also have to score to win?

Their O is better due to the Oline's health. we are hurting in that area. That is why I gave them the edge, plus TR is better than all of our backs and the combination of Lacy and him are definitely better than Ford and Ware.
Our receivers are better than theirs, but our QB will not have time to sit in the pocket. As much as I hate to say this, if JJ was available, I would pick us over them. Mobility is the key against this defense. Saban will be blitzing like mad - delayed blitzing especially.

Didnt you predict LSU to start 1-3? You define lost credibility.

I like this list. UF might be too high at 3. I'm still not sure how they'll handle a smash-you-in-the-mouth team like USC, Alabama, or LSU.

You obviously haven't been paying much attention to Alabama. Their #1 complaint about their team is their offensive line. Alabama OL gave up 6 sacks against North Texas and Kent St fwiw.

What reason does anybody have for having Alabama ahead of LSU?
TIA

looked strong against patsies. we'll find out when they match up head to head either way. makes no difference.

I didn't put them ahead of LSU. We'll all find out whattheyre made of Saturday. The 1b signifies the seperation the two teams have from the rest of the pack IMO.

Might be the worst list I've ever had the displeasure of laying my eyes on.

Here is what I actually said: IF, we went 1-3 in our first 4 games we would / could still win the SEC West.
Here is what my prediction was for the year...

Exactly why it's unfair.
With all the preseason high rankings, if LSU doesn't win the NC, people will want him gone. With this schedule, 2 losses isn't out of the question.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Article didn't mention 1 thing about Les being on the hotseat or people calling for his head.
So it is a fair assessment.
What you stated about 10-2 or 9-3 or even 8-4 is really a good year considering this schedule.
I expect to lose to 1 of the 2 OOC big teams and 2 sec teams. that is 9-3, which would be respectable.
Here is another prediction I made:

Disagree with LSU finishing tied for third. There are more favorable odds for other teams to choke with new QBs at Arky, Bama and AU. With JJ at least they know what they got.
UNLESS LSU loses some OLinemen early in the season again this year, then that is possible.
I look for Les to run, run, run until it hurts. They will be a very physical team this year rotating those big physical backs.

WTF are you smoking? Our O line is fine and deep. We have a true freshman that could start for many SEC teams.
TR hasn't done shite, except run all over the 'smallest team' in Div 1.
Bama has played 3 patsies, hard to tell what they have right now.

You're doing a great job of making my point for me.
You have a negative bias towards LSU and you don't accurately recognize individual or team strengths.

Thanks for making my point again. This time I'll explain t. Our backup LT is Gregory shaw. Guess what? He played over half the Bama win last year flawlessly.

If LSU can win in Morgantown that would be a pretty strong early season resume of a win over UO at a neutral site, at MSU, and at WVU. A lot of LSU fans are really overlooking how hard this place will be to win at Saturday night with WVU extremely fired up.

No. North texas doesnt count. They were blowing through the line untouched on all of their long runs. I will come back and eat crow if they put up those numbers on arkansas. But they wont.

I don't follow. We have always been one dimensional. It just makes our one dimension a lot less effective.

Solid rankings. UF should be ahead us until we prove something on the field against a legit team.
Might not also put USCe at 4 for now.
