I’m wondering if a dark horse for the AU job is Noel Mazzone. Veteran. Football smarts. Foot on the gas type of guy.

I am sure for OC if Steele is hired. Although IDT he would be welcomed back for a second time.

Run as fast as you can from this guy. He's a pretty good recruiter and an mediocre offensive mind. However, he makes lousy choices at coordinators and has absolutely no interest in defense -- either for himself to do or for that matter anyone on his staff. Plus, he's stubborn to a fault and will never, ever change regardless of how bad its going.
