Just because they don’t stop the game doesn’t mean that the replay booth didn’t take a look at it. Sometimes, one quick look is all it takes so they don’t buzz down to the field.

Also It doesn't matter if it mostly looked like a catch to most people. Those are plays that need to be reviewed to make sure. And it's not consistent. We all watch football here. We all know those plays get reviewed
