Lunardi might have it basically right. The field seems to be coming together in a consistent way, all sites in near agreement.

JUCOs can be hit/miss, some come in and look like freshmen, progress like freshmen, others can come in and look like the juniors they are.
That's part of the reason no program should rely on JUCOs, but JUCOs and transfers are an important aspect of recruiting in today's game.

The NCAA loves to frick some SEC seeds. Reminds me of them dumping us in that Ohio State bracket when we made our Final Four run.
